I believe the same as you! This site is about pets... keep the groups ABOUT pets (animals). That is what makes this site different. I find myself on my own sites having to thin out riff because some sites start for a purpose and they should be for that purpose. Many try to get their sales pitches in, but there are other sites just for that. I back you on your decision, and your focus for this site.

Thank you Roze I appreciate that . Sometimes I feel a little lost as to what people want so I decided to ask specifically. I know when I go to other sites I get really confused because there is so much and much of it is so far off topic and things I don't give a rattle about.

We now have "Little Vegas." What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas! Same rules apply but you are welcome to discuss tree bark if you want to! Anything respectful and respectable goes.

Being able to connect with other people who love animals as much as I do is what attracted me here Colleen. I can't always get here (and a few other animal communities) as much as I like, but I enjoy getting the updates. Personally, I wouldn't want to see this community diverse into non related animal/pet because, yes, the focus would be lost. You're doing an amazing job!

I think you're doing a great job too Colleen...if I want to talk about other things there are other sites out there to get into for the different areas that might interest me and in that same line of thought, that is why I came here...to talk about my pet and his health and care, etc., not to find recipes for humans or poetry, etc....keep with the agenda...as Susan said, "if it ain't broke don't fix it"...

Colleen, I agree with you. I am here because of the animals. If I want something other I can easily find it elsewhere. This site is great as it is.

Well...this site is called "all about pets" for a reason. It should stay strictly that..all about pets. Lets not worry about what the other sites are doing and just keep this one the way it is. I love it because its a place I can come to talk about my babies or the ones that I have lost and everyone here understands what I am talking about. If we bring in other things, we will totally lose what is already close to our hearts...A place to go when we want to talk about our babies. Not sure if that made any sense...but I hope you understand what I am trying to say. :)
